When my family and i arrived in Cairns I was very unwell with a gastro virus and the staff were absolutely wonderful in their offers of assistance. They continually asked my husband if there was anything we needed and the duty manager called me personally to offer assistance. The room was excellent and the meals both breakfast and dinner were beautiful. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Thanks for another informative blog. Where else could I get that type of info written in such an ideal way? I have a project that I'm just now working on, and I have been on the look out for such information.

Ten of us were in the crew from Kalgoorlie and we had an excellent stay at the mecure. The staff on reception, the Blue Mango bar and Teshi's restaurant went up and beyond what would normally be expected of staff. The room was cleaned very well and any
information we needed was soon supplied. Just a great stay thank you all, Cheers Pat Sayers and the crew

It was a wonderful experience staying at Mercure. Staff are very friendly and services were excellent. Courtesy the Hotel, we were also treated to a Champagne bottle along with ice in the evening on our Silver jubilee wedding anniversary. We happened to
mention the occasion by chance. Thanks Mercure.

I can not thank enough a staff member who was on the duty on Monday 21 November 2011 and located a valuable document that I have left on the car in front of the hotel and passed the message for me. I was not lucky enough to thank him in person, and I hope
he/she will get my big thanks. I was staying in room 704. Thank you a lot

I have been staying at the Mercure Harbourside regularly for ten years and I love the place. Setting, appointments, proximity, it has everything I look for when I am in Cairns. I look forward to arriving and just immersing myself in the beautiful environment
there and of course because I have stayed so often there are the memories too! Great place, good value, can't speak highly enough of my absolute favourite hotel.

Have stayed on a few occasions with family in tow. Provides good value for money and doesn't tear at the purse strings of the budget concious.

Great location plus very helpful and friendly staff. Loved the shuttle bus service although the walk along the beach into Cairns is not too far.
